360 Property Management LLC specialises in transitioning Associations from developer to homeowner control. From the start, our team reviews the corporate documents to make sure they are in compliance with State Statutes, establishes the budget and assessment rate for the first fiscal year, and acquires/analyzes a reserve study. We also will combine parcels within the Association to minimize the property tax liability.

Once homes are selling, 360 Property Management LLC may establish an Advisory Committee of homeowners to keep a pulse on the community during the build-out phase.

Through immediate and continuous interaction with the membership, as well as the Developer Board, 360 Property Management LLC can assure a smooth transition of control.
