There is not a meeting in the months of JULY or DECEMBER.

Community Monthly Pre-Set Water Shut-Off:

3rd Tuesday of each Month, from 9:00 am until 12:00 pm

Water will be shut-off  ONLY if owners requiring the shut-off contact the HOA management company within the first week of that month.

If you have a plumbing emergency requiring a more immediate water shut-off, please contact the HOA management company to arrange this.  If you have a water shut-off that is needed outside of this pre-set shut-off date above, that IS NOT an emergency, please contact the management company for additional details.  There would be a fee paid to the HOA for a NON-EMERGENCY water shut-off request outside of the monthly pre-arranged day.
