The Board may meet in closed session to discuss legal matters, violations, collections, and other topics permitted under A.R.S. § 33-1804(A). Only these matters will be discussed in closed session. Any decisions requiring Board action will be placed on the open session agenda and voted on during the open meeting. Members will have an opportunity to comment before action is taken; however, the Board cannot discuss certain details in order to protect privileged and confidential information.
